We are experts in providing sound and successful transaction advice for German-speaking countries. We specialise in the marketing of high-yield retail properties such as super- and hypermarkets, local supply and retail centers, DIY stores and mixed-use properties.
We have worked with a well-established international network of owners, developers and capital partners for almost 20 years. A fundamental part of our success has been the creation of long-term partnerships with sellers and investors based on mutual trust.

Our Team
Johannes Blank
Johannes gained a degree in business economics, specialising in civil engineering and real estate, at the University of Leipzig.
He founded BLANK REAL ESTATE in 2005 with its head office in Frankfurt, having worked before in an architect's office and also with Jones Lang LaSalle.
The question as to what businesses and individuals can contribute to make a positive impact on an increasingly complex world inspired Johannes Blank to initiate a symposium in July 2015 entitled: Individual Responsibility - The Basis of a Fulfilled Life and a Supportive Community, which attracted several eminent speakers.
Gabriele Hipp
Having initially started a joinery apprenticeship in Stuttgart, Gabriele then gained a diploma in architecture at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
She worked in project management for Arthur Andersen (now EY) both during and after her studies. She joined BLANK REAL ESTATE in March 2007 and manages the Frankfurt office.
